Ingredients
- 1). Samolina 1 cup
- 2). Yougurt 1 cup
- 3). Coconut powder 1 cup
- 4). Sugar 1 cup
- 5). Oil 1/2 cup
- 6). Baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
- 7). Crushed almonds
Instructions

First of all, pre-heat the oven at 150 C and grease the cake pan properly for clean and neat cake out.
Mix Samolina,yougurt,coconut powder and oil well in a bowl with the help of hand, then slowly add sugar, baking powder and almonds
in it. You can also decorate the cake by topping few almonds on cake top, let the cake to bake in oven at 180 C.
