What is a high ratio vegetable shortening?
I tried this today And its great for frosting but I think there's entirely way too much shortening. It was super rich and greasy
I tried this last evening using Nestle white chips and it was not a good frosting at all. I guess it was the type of chocolate I used because honestly I cannot afford $12 worth of chocolate for one cake. The taste was good but the texture was terrible and very hard to mix up.
