This is a really yummy icing that goes beautifully with my Easy Vanilla Chai Cupcakes:)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1 to 2 tsp of Lemon Curd
- 2 tbsp fine quality honey
- 1/2 cup chopped Hazelnuts(optional)
DIRECTIONS
Cream together butter and shortening, once blended add vanilla and while still mixing add sugar one cup at a time( if it get a little to “dry” you can add a tablespoon of water or milk) once all the sugar is mixed in add the honey and lemon…..blend well….use with the vanilla chia cupcakes and yop with chopped hazelnuts!! Enjoy!!!
