Hamburger Cupcakes
Made for Father's Day for my husband. Thanks to all the other wonderful 'hamburger' makers on this site for inspiration! He was impressed by the cheese & meat--I was unhappy with the way the buns looked.

These look great! How did you do the meat??
Thanks! Meat looks so good due to laziness! Used 1/2 batter from DH Devils Food cake, cooked in 9" pan, threw it into tupperware w/ some Buttercream Dream. Smashed it together very quickly and froze until today. Shaped patties like I do real burgers
DH says he liked the marblized look of the meat--got that way from not mixing the Buttercream Dream all the way w/the cake.
