Thanks to KHalstead for her wonderful instructions on making a cupcake bouquet!! I made 6 of these dessert centerpieces for a women's luncheon at church tomorrow. I hope they're as pleased with them as I am! Scratch white and chocolate cupcakes with buttercream.
