This is an 8" lemon poppy seed cake with cream cheese icing and filling. The gerber daisies are fondant. I did not have a gerber daisy cutter, so had to cut these by hand, which was very time consuming and proved a cutter will be well worth the money. I also had a heck of a time smoothing the cream cheese icing, Anyone have any tips for this???
