When my sisters boyfriend turned 49, I gave him this one. It was for give my own name to his gueasts. They loved it. For their next party they will come to me. But I had a rose made of flowerpaste on it, and that I will never do again. It started to melt. Toooooo bad.
This cake I made last sunday for my sisters boyfriend at his 49th brthday. It is a choclatecake with my tropical bc. The idea of a fish is becaurse he is starting to transport fish. He loved it.
This was a rushed cake for my daughter's anniversary. Chocolate cake, Wilton whipped icing and roses, but...I was in a hurry and used Royal icing for the leaves and mounds to put the roses on. Don't do that. If you look closely at the leaves you will see they are starting to run. By the time I got to her house, just about 1/2 of the top roses were sliding down the one side of the cake. When they say that any grease will liquify the royal icing, believe it! I just wasn't paying attention at the time.
This is a Chicago Cubby Bear cake I made for my dad's birthday, but could be used for fathers day as well. I also decorated the back with our last name and his "jersey number".
This is a better view of the Birthday presents cake I did for an Aunts 46th birthday. It was chocolate cakes with whipped cream icing airbrushed differant colors and fondant gift tag.
This was grandma's Birthday cake...one of the three I made for that day! it was angelfood cake with vanilla custard and slice bananas. Whipped cream basket weave that was airbrushed brown. The flowers are butter cream.
