Candy Clay Hello Kitty Cake
My new favorite medium is candy clay. Basically white chocolate modeling paste, but made with candy melts. It's tasty too. This Hello Kitty cake was for a 3 year old little girl. She LOVED it.

Unikitty cake from Lego Movie and Lego Movie 2. Done for 7 year old girl. It was pinata style with candy inside the cake. Because this one was large, it actually had 2 separate candy compartments.
Ecce Panis Angelorum
Behold the Bread of the Angels... from a traditional Latin Hymn. A First Holy Communion cake to celebrate my youngest daughter's special day. The topper entirely edible made in royal icing and homemade fondant. The bottom tier in buttercream using "old fashion school" buttercream piping. The cake was layers of red velvet and white with dulce de leche filling.
Woodland Enchanted Forest Wedding Cake
I handcrafted each of the tiny wildflowers and berries you see here on the cake out of gum paste. I added feathers and 'old mans beard' around the wreath I had wired as I love to mix mediums in cake design. I was so lucky to have an incredible photographer friend Elena Popa Photo capture this cake in the perfect woodland setting, over in Wickerwood Farm East Sussex ( England)
