The gun case was 2 large square pans, cut out to shape - fontant on top. I used a shallow box & styrofoam to pour the choc. shapes. Stiff sheet plastic rolled up & filled with choc. for the 2 barrels and a choc. filled water bottle for the piece around the bottom barrel. Dowel rods through all 6 pieces with rods sticking out of ends to assemble pieces when done carving. Start early b/c choc. has to be refridgerated when it gets to room temp b/c of melting. Painted with sliver luster dust. Good luck! ...
