European Walnut Cake With Chocolate Buttercream on Cake Central

Walnut cake (made with no flour) iced with a buttercream made from whole eggs, sugar and chocolate cooked until thickened, and then when it cools to room temperature, adding butter. When it's mixed, it's texture is between pudding and mousse and so spreading is quite different from traditional bc. You can't touch it up once it's chilled and set either. Piping has to be done in stages as it melts so easily.

First time I attempted the rope border and it turned out nice! My writing still stinks!
