Embroidered Fondant Wedding Cake
This one 10" cake of three identical cakes was covered in buttercream. I then rolled fondant out to 16" round and covered the cakes on their respective mirrors. Fondant was then rolled out and stamped, cut, and "glued" to the fondant-covered cakes. Then more fondant was rolled out and border were stamped, cut, and placed on the "skirted" fondant on the cake. Pearl borders were piped and hand-made sugar-paste flower bouquets adorned the top of the cakes. -Gary R. Mason, CPC, Mason Sweets, West Palm Beach, FL
