I made this cake for my fiances office. Their department is 24/7/365. So the guys that work Christmas eve day & night and Christmas day & night get catered dinner. I provided the dessert this year. I got the inspiration from the many simular cakes on this site. It is chocolate cake, with fresh raspberries as the filling with chocolate buttercream frosting. I'm happy with it. This is my 2nd cake for non-family and probably my 7th or 8th cake of all the cakes I've made. It was an easy one!
