Just a quick dessert cake for a potluck that I decided at the last minute to spruce up a little. Deep chocolate cake, filled with 1 layer of chocolate rum mousse and 1 layer of raspberry. Ganache icing, fondant accents. luster dust mixed with vanilla for gold accents.
