This was my first time to make a "real" cake for an actual occassion. My son wanted a "shark" cake for his 6th birthday, so this was my attempt at it. You can definately see it isn't "perfect" but it was a hit and he LOVED it! that is all that matters, right? ha! the cake was chocolate, with cream cheese icing, the fins are sugar cookies, and the hat is fondant...don't look too close, you will see the messiness of it! ha! just thought I would share.
