Course 1 Final Cake
My last cake for course one. Keep in mind, I've only been making roses for aweek! LOL It was so yummy when we cut it after class, yellow cake with bavarian cream filling.

Very smooth surface. I would try to make the beads on the sides of the cake a little fuller.
