this was for a friens who moved to charleston sc. the top layer was rainbow row hand painted. the bottom layer was also hand painted. the ocean and battery. i drew the "bricks out first with an edible marker and painted over that with brown liquid color. i wiped the excess off with sponge. the ballisters were toothpicks covered with bc. the ocean was different shades of blue painted on with white bc over that for the waves.
