Hearts & Roses
Heartshaped wedding cake. I love this shape for a wedding cake. Gumpaste/fondant roses and baby's breath top a 2-layer heartshaped wedding cake. The bottom layer is chocolate fudge caked filled w/chocolate BC. Top layer is White Almond Sour Cream cake filled w/white chocolate BC. Iced in BC and covered in fondant. I was very happy with the way this cake came out.. I wasn't sure of the red for the roses, though.. but it came together in the end.
