Flip Flop Cake
I made this for a friend's dd who requested a flip flop cake for her birthday. The design was inspired by cc member, MelissaRHK, thank you. Gumpaste straps and flower (RI middle), alternating - satin ice and chocopan covering the flip flops, candy melt shells, graham cracker "sand." I wish it came out better (still having trouble with fondant staying smooth) but, the birthday girl and mom couldn't have been happier. They couldn't wait to get it to the party!
