My first ever try making these little guys. I followed instructions from a sculpty clay book but made them with fondant.

Very Cute. I like their eyes. I just went to a Day of Sharing and someone did a turkey similar to that (yours is much cuter!) and they put it on a cupcake. Mr. Acorn makes you smile!
