they are about 1/3" thick and I did outline in white first, yes

What type of cookie did you bake? These are awsome!
I mixed my own shades, but used Wilton "Kelly Green", Cake Craft "Aqua" and Americolor "Electric Green" to get the colours. The flavour of cookie was Dark Chocolate Sugar cookies.
