Multi-Shaped Wedding Cake With A Touch Of Rose Accent

Well here it is! My FIRST paid wedding cake. Based off a photo from A Piece of Cake in Fort Lauderdale, FL, provided by bride. I'm very pleased with the outcome and thanks to all here at CC who enlightened me to rolling out fondant with the help of Crisco. I was really sweating that bottom petal tier. Sizes are 15, 12, 8, and 6". It took close to 2 and a half hours to hand glue all those dragees but the overall cake turned out really nice. Haven't heard from the bride yet...hope she was thrilled.
Beautiful! I'm sure the bride loved it.
I'm sure the bride was thrilled, it's beautiful!! Lots of work was put in to that one! Great work!!

WOW-hand glueing all those dragees-hopefully it was made worthwhile! Nicely done. I love the different shapes and designs.
Your cake is beautiful!!!! I can't imagine tackling that for a first wedding cake. You did a fabulous job!!
This cakes looks very cute. First time eh? Beatiful
I would think the bride might be a little "preoccupied" right now.
I'm sure she loved it...it is beautful!! you are very talented... ;-D
