Stacked Cheesecake
For a Bride who was compromising with her Mom, she wanted Cheesecake, but it was frosted and stacked like a traditional Cake. Gumpaste flowers on top and hanging down the front. There were 4 bowls on the side with sauces: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and marionberry.
