Roses & Pearls Birthday Cake
This is my 2nd decorated cake. It was for my MIL's birthday. Chocolate Cake with a filling of whipped white cream ganache and raspberry jam. Coated in Whipped white ganache with a layer of poured ganache for smoothness, decorated with pirouette wafers. 1st time roses & hand rolled pearls (white choc modelling paste) brushed with pearl dust.
Absolutley never would have known this is your 2nd cake. Beautiful! You've got loads of talent.
Well, that's very pretty! The roses are perfect! Where'd you get the white chocolate modelling paste?
Thank you for your lovely comments! RRGibson, I made the modelling paste using (...) I am in Australia so I couldnt use anything with corn syrup in it
