I made this for a friend's birthday. She loves banana cake! This is an eight inch, two layer moist banana cake filled with homemade caramel filling, frosted with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting. I decorated the sides with toasted walnuts. The sunflower is candy melts accented with the cinnamon cream cheese frosting. Simple, but really delicious.
