Under Construction Baby Shower Cake
My customer wanted a shower cake to reflect the theme of "under construction". She asked for a hard hat and left the rest up to me. She seemed happy with it. The bottom cake is White Chocolate Raspberry with White Chocolate Raspberry BC and filled with Raspberry mousse. The hard hat is best chocolate cake in the world covered with chocolate bc. Covered with MMF. MMf decoations and letters, and BC piping.
