Thanks. I rubbed butter flavored Pam on it. If the cake had been white I would have used crisco.

which cake pan did you use. The only topsy turvy I can find is just a sheet pan??

I love this cake. Would you mind sharing how you did the house on top? Are the details fondant?

Thanks. I made the house from fondant and used a skewer to indent the siding. Then I glued strips on for the roof and attached the chimney. Then I cut the door and windows from fondant.
