This is a three stacked cake iced in fresh whipped cream. The scroll work and three dot are all in buttercream with silver dragee accents. The cake is wrapped in a shear lavender ribbon and white pearls. The flowers are all fresh roses.

Beautiful cake! How in the heck did you get whipped cream to be so smooth?? Also, did you have to keep this cake refrigerated until delivery? I always thought that whipped cream would slide right off of a cake as soon as it hit room temperature. Any advice would be helpful as I love to use fresh whipped cream in desserts and would love to use it on cakes. You can PM me if you have t he time. Great work!

You know, I have seen a lot of beautiful cakes but this has got to be one of my top five most beautiful if not the #1!!!!! A lilac ribbon on the cake board would be beautiful as well! ;-D ;-D Another question.....did you add the pearls to the ribbon before or after ribbon placement?
