My Brother's 30Th Birthday Cake
cake is a chocolate bundt cake. Sides are made out of modeling chocolate, I poured the sugar bottle into a mold i made from a how to on here and the ice is poured sugar. I got this idea from a few of you ladies who had such cute cakes. This was a little bigger of an undertaking and I sill have a whole lot more polishing to do before I would ever consider selling one. Practice,Practice,Practice! lol

Are you serious? I love this cake. I've been wanting to try working with sugar but refuse to pay the $500 for the Wilton sugar class. I really love this one. I'm going to look up some how to's right now on working with poured and pulled sugar!
