I couldn't wait to try this stuff. I know that you are really suppose to use the color icing to 'glue' it together as your fondent but I was also trying to use up all my leftover icings from Course I. Thus my leaves went a little wild. But it's cute too. My kids were facinated with the fondent. My 2.5 year old stuck his finger right into it... thus that became the back of the cake. :) Enjoy. I can't wait to take Course III for proper instruction. I can see so many possibilities! Thx for looking!
