Meredith-Iradi Wedding on Cake Central

4 tiered ( 6, 9, 12, 15") cake iced in SMBC. Bottom tier was carrot cake with orange infused cream cheese, 3rd tier champagne with fresh strawberries, top 2 tiers were bananas foster. Cherry blossoms were made out of gumpaste with branches made out of modeling chocolate. Thanks to PerryStCakes and SanguiMuse for their advice on the cherry blossoms!

Thank you for all of the wonderful compliments. I was concerned about the icing because the reception was in a historical home in NC in May- needless to say, not a cool month. But luckily I didnt have any problems.

You did a beautiful job overall. I like the cherry blossoms and the branches. Usually those merinque type buttercreams can hold up pretty good, but I don't blame you for being concerned. It has been hot. :)
