Little Mermaid
I made this cake for my daughter's b-day. The rocks are made of chocolate peanutbutter truffles dipped in colored white chocolate. The coral is royal icing and the shells are white chocolate colored with luster dust. Ursela's pets were made of marzipan. Her cake was also a dummy cake with a hole cut in the center to put a small round pan filled with hot water then I added dry ice at the party. The fish and figurines were store bought.
