Under The Sea Mermaid Cake
My version of the Debbie Brown Mermaid Cake... 4, 6, 8 and 10 layers of Fun-Fetty cake up this fun Mermaid Cake Fun-Fetty is a butter recipe White cake with bursts of different colors throughout the cake. Each tier is covered in buttercream then topped with Homemade Marshmallow Fondant. Coral and Mermaids are made of Fondant and are prepared a minimum of a week in advance to allow proper dry time to ensure the shape will hold once mounted to the cake.
