Soccer Ball Cake
2-layer 8" rounds iced and decorated in buttercream with half ball pan covered with fondant pieces to look like a soccer ball. It was more difficult than I thought to get those darn pieces to match at their seams...but it was my first attempt. Client was pleased therefore so am I.

great job. I've tried to make volleyballs & those are hard... I'd think the soccer ball was difficult but looks fabulous!

You did a really nice job on the ball. It looks perfect, and I love how you did the board too.
I've yet to do anything with soccer, but I've heard/read from others that it's pretty difficult. Your cake makes it look so easy!
