I used fondant, a clay gun with no disc inside and just push lengths of fondant through. Cut them to the length I needed and pinched the separation marks onto the fondant with tweezers.

Your welcome. Usually I would have done all gumpaste flowers but didn't have time, The center flower is a gumpaste Water Lily but the others are just a silk flower lei placed around the edge of the cake.
