Marion's Bridal Shower, Personal Cake
My friend Marion is a diabetic, so I was asked to do a small sugar-free or low-sugar cake for her. This was the Pillsbury 50% less sugar recipe yellow cake, with chocolate fudge frosting (also 50% less sugar). Fondant daisies with buttercream leaves and vines. The bride LOVED it, as did another diabetic guest who got to share this. 6" and 4" cakes.
Looks yummy!!! I've tried the less sugar mix/frosting and it is GOOD!!!!

believe it or not, at a regular grocery store. It's Pillsbury, so look in their area, and you should find it. If not, request it from the manager. :) If you have a Bi-Lo where you are, they can be found there.
