This is straight out of Debbie Brown's Enchanted Cakes except the wizard from another of her projects was added to this one. Considering that the witch is meant to be flying around the moon on her broomstick, the wizard doesn't really look appropriate....unless you imagine he's floating around on helium! I only do what I'm asked to.
