I made these for my son's daycare. I actually got the idea from Women's World Magazine. They had this design for Father's Day using a large teddy graham cookie & small teddy graham cookie for father & child. All bc, gel in the blue to create the water effect. Teddy's clothes=bc. Fishing pole=pretzel, fishing line=pull apart twizzler, fish=baby goldfish crackers. You can also use the food markers to draw sunglasses on the bears.
