Touches Of Chocolate Wedding Cake
White butterceam base with alternating double and triple drop beaded strings with chocolate cornelli lace under strings and a chocolate bead border. White royal icing rosettes with choc. centers at top. Between top 2 tiers is a bouquet of chocolate truffles that were also favors for each guest.Each tier (6,10,14,18 inch) was made of a layer of sour cream vanilla and devil's food with a raspberry filling. My 1st wedding cake attempt for my brother's wedding and my siter-in-law was thrilled.
