2007 Graduation cake. The bottom tiers is a Neopolitan combination filled with strawberries and whipped cream. Middle tier is Chocolate filled with cookies and cream. The top is fudge marble cake filled with fudge icing. All iced in buttercream. The Graduation cap on top is made out of fondant.
