Crawfish Graduation

What a fun cake to make!! This is my personal favorite! the cake was made to match the invitations for the graduation party. They had a crawfish boil. Crawfish are handmade from fondant/gumpast mix, and are made to look like they are doing different things. Several views of this one are coming!!

Thank you! The icing is buttercream smoothed with the viva method. It was really hot and humid that day and the buttercream looked greasy, but the family absoulutely LOVED this cake!
