Home made carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I made it for Easter and my family loved it. Walnuts, raisins and of course carrots only I use baby carrots and it gives such a wonderful sweet flavor and very moist. Thats my little secret. Well ours now:) My husband about 6 yrs ago went to the store for me to buy the carrots and came home with baby carrots so that's what I use now!
