Tool Box Cake
I made this cake for my husband, who LOVES woodworking. It is a dark chocolate sour cream cake with almond buttercream. I did my first fbct for the tool box and the rest of the cake is done with buttercream as well. I do not think I will use butter in my icing again after this one! I had the hardest time getting the icing to stick to the cake, hence the crumbs you can see in the icing. Oh well. He said it was yummy. :-)
I used a coloring book photo. Thanks for the compliment.....I thought it looked horrible. 8O
I don't see any crumbs...just tool dust.. :lol: Great job with the fbct...did you have a picture or did you draw free hand?
