This is a full sheet chocolate cake with vanilla butter cream icing. The hospital's year-long theme is western, and after looking around in the galleries, this bandana and denim motif is what I came up with. I also have candy melt cacti that are still hardening, and they'll be stood upright on the cake tomorrow prior to delivery.
