Pretty much straight from Wilton book. I was asked to recreate this cake for an event to honor the chairperson's brithday. We did 6" cakes, which I do no think allowed enough surface to avoid some tipping despite internal supportt.s They were thrilled with it and the taste, though, so that's all that mattered!
