Fishing Birthday Boy
This cake is a first for me in a lot of areas! If it is true that we learn from our mistakes, then I should be nearing Einstein status from this cake experience!! The frosting is delicious, but as a newbie I failed to realize it is not a crusting buttercream and it was getting SOOOOO soft! I had to put it in the 'frig' every few minutes (it has ONLY been 108 degrees here all week). However, I still had fun, and I am glad for the lessons learned. :)
