Chocolate Heart Truffle Cake
I made this for my mom for Mother's Day because she is the world's biggest chocoholic and I thought a heart was appropriate to show her I love her. It is chocolate pound cake with chocolate filling and of course chocolate icing. I made chocolate truffles and molded chocolates to decorate the top of it. This is based on a Wilton design from one of the yearbooks, it is called "Truffling with your affections".
