First Attempt At A Tier Cake

This is a close up of the bottom cake on the tiered wedding cake that I just uploaded. This cake is the Bride's cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate buttercream frosting. This is a 10 inch cake using an 11 inch plate and 9 inch push-in pillars. It is all buttercream.

Thanks so much nglez09. I purchased a Wilton year book and it showed how to make the ruffle. I wasn't really sure if I was doing it right but it looked ok so I went with it :)
