Wilton Course Ii Final
This is a 4-layer carrot cake with raisins, apricot filling, and Crusting Cream Cheese Icing. For some reason, the icing never crusted, and came out too soft, so I had to forgo the basket weave, and just made a cascade of RI flowers. Any suggestions welcome wholeheartedly.

I think it looks nice without the basketweave once in a while. Very nice cascade. great job on your flowers.
I'm just finnishing up the Wilton courses and basket weave is one thing i really have to work on. I want to do that cake without it though. Your flowers are great!!
