first carved cake i've ever done. it was difficult. i didn't use a sturdy cake and it wanted to crumble. i had to use MMF around the sides to keep it from falling over. i didn't realize until i delivered the cake that the swirls on the cake don't match either. (i've got a long way to go) all comments and suggestions welcome Jen
