This is my 2nd cake. We did character cakes for the 3rd class of Beginners Cake Decorating and I bought the butterfly cake pan, because I know I will use it again and again. I tried a buttercream frosting that called for half butter and half crisco and when I got to class I had refridgerated it and it had turned into a rock. I had to nuke it to get it to soften up, so I the stars aren't that defined, but all in all Im really happy with how this turned out.
